Gyu San (IVEA) is an excitingly Japanese BBQ Restaurant in Ballston, VA that aims to innovate traditional Japanese cuisine using modern culinary ideas. We are currently seeking professional, motivated, and enthusiastic servers to join our team.
As a server, your responsibilities and duties will include the following:
- Greeting customers with a professional and friendly attitude
- Familiarizing customers with the menu and making appropriate suggestions when requested
- Taking customer orders and relaying them accurately to relevant team members
- Serving food and beverages in a timely manner
- Anticipating guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience
- Collecting and processing payment from customers
- Properly cleaning and setting tables between use
- Assisting in training new employees as required
