What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Abuse Counselor position at H & A Counseling Associates, PSC?
H & A Counseling Associates, PSC is seeking to contract with a licensed substance abuse or mental health counselor for substance abuse counseling in Pikeville, KY. LCADCA, LPCA, LCADC or LPCC. Compensation will be based upon education and clinical experience.
This is a 1099 contract position to service clients in Pikeville.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Complete Intake paperwork, Treatment Plans, progress notes and any other documentation required in a complete and timely fashion.
- Be familiar with ICD-10 diagnostic criteria and HIPAA regulations.
- Complete weekly billing sheets for all billable services.
- Complete discharge summaries as required.
- Experience preferred.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Must have one of the following licensures:
- Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (LPCA)
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
- Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor Associate (LCADCA)
- Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC)
