FLSA: Salaried/Exempt (Creative Professional)
Location: 2252 N. Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160
Hours: Full-Time (40+ hrs. /week) Mon.-Fri. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (plus events)
General Purpose: Focused on leading the creative vision and design aesthetic for our company and graphic design. Creative responsibilities include conceiving, developing and designing innovative and creative materials that will drive, elevate and evolve our brand. Materials include print, online, marketing collateral, catalogs, brochures, logos, display graphics, and special projects. This position will also include involvement in the overall marketing strategy and an ability to manage additional marketing projects.
Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Supervision Exercised: Oversee all marketing personnel and projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Execute and manage graphic design needs for print, web, and billboards
• Lead creative vision, including brand direction and marketing campaigns
• Manage marketing campaigns
• Manage photography
• Manage video
• Create and manage copy
• Manage contractors for photography, video, copywriting and additional graphic design
• Contribute to strategy for email marketing campaign
• Execute web and email design
• Contribute to product line planning team, including new product launches
• Create packaging and hangtags
• Create selling materials for wholesale channel
• Strategize and create tradeshow and events look
• Assist in other duties as directed
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma (or GED) and
• 2+ years of similar work related experience
• Graphic design skills
• Experience using Photoshop and InDesign
• Ability to travel within Oklahoma City metro area as needed for events
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
• Able to work evenings or weekends as required
• Knowledge of color coordination
• Knowledge of general office practices
• Good attendance and punctuality is mandatory
• Knowledge of a variety of computer applications
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
• Ability to interact with variety of personalities
• Ability to navigate various design software programs
• Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to be a member of a dedicated team
Work Environment: Office environment. The noise level is moderately quiet.
Physical Demands: Occasionally required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Often required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel. Must be able to carry equipment up to 30 lbs. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
