Position Summary
We are seeding a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will monitor and evaluate our operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet the established ISO-9001:2015 quality standards. The role involves analyzing data, conducting audits and working closely with various teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed statistical data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
Perform regular quality assurance audits across various production and operational stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Design, implement, and refine inspection processes and procedure to identify potential issues effectively.
Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management and propose actionable improvements
Ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
Participate in extrinsic certification audits, and customer audits as needed.
Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Quality Analyst and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.
Proficient in verbal and written communication; capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.
Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across departments and teams
High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with a customer-oriented approach to quality assurance.
Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Admin, Engineering, etc.
5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within manufacturing and distribution.
Experience with quality assurance software and tools is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
