Position Summary

We are seeding a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will monitor and evaluate our operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet the established ISO-9001:2015 quality standards. The role involves analyzing data, conducting audits and working closely with various teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed statistical data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
• Perform regular quality assurance audits across various production and operational stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and refine inspection processes and procedure to identify potential issues effectively.
• Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management and propose actionable improvements
• Ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
• Participate in extrinsic certification audits, and customer audits as needed.
• Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; capable of effectively conveying quality standards and findings to a diverse audience.
• Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across departments and teams
• High level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with a customer-oriented approach to quality assurance.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving quality benchmarks and organizational objectives.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Business Admin, Engineering, etc.
• 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within manufacturing and distribution.
• Experience with quality assurance software and tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
