H-E-B's Transportation Division supports distribution by transporting products from the warehouse to our retail stores. Our Transportation Partners ship an average 12,000 deliveries per week and travel over 73 million miles each year.As an Entry Level Driver Trainee, you'll work in Delivery Operations and operate tractor trailers across the network. You'll fill a training position for 11 weeks, working to become a full time H-E-B Driver in Delivery Operations. As a Trainee, you'll be required to earn a Class A Commercial Driver's License and successfully complete CDL training. Once you successfully complete the Driver Training Program and Driver Orientation, you'll be promoted to an Activity Based Driver. During the Delivery Driver Trainee program, you'll be paid hourly.Once you're eligible, you'll become an Owner in the company, so we're looking for commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service.
