SUMMARY:
The Service Business Development Representative aides in fostering lifelong customers through efficient and effective follow up and tracking of Hgreg customers as it pertains to service. They are responsible for coordinating service appointments, follow up calls, rescheduling missed appointments, and answering general questions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Aide in the achievement of customer satisfaction goals through service follow up calls
- Be a proactive problem solver and resolve customer concerns during inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Coordinate service appointments accordingly with service advisors and vendors
- Respond to internet service leads via phone call, text, or email.
- Outbound phone calls consist of appointment confirmations, reschedule no show appointments, service reminders
- Answer all phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Call and schedule appointments for special order parts
- Schedule next service appointment for customer
- Update customer information on file as necessary
