What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at H & H Consulting?
Operations Manager with experience in cement manufacturing and a strong background in Maintenance Management. Duties may include:
- Responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Plant within Production and Maintenance, establishing lines of communication within departments to be fully aware of facility status at all times, including meeting structures, reporting, and off-hours information flow.
- Ensures the common departmental understanding and practice of correct safety procedures and behavior of employees and contractors
- Responsible on a monthly and yearly basis for the Plant’s performance against the approved operating budget and forecasts.
- Providing relevant strategic components of the business cycle such as developing an annual Major Maintenance plan, production forecasting process, participating in the determination of CAPEX requirements, etc.
Education:
- B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
- 10 years, including 5 years of managerial experience in a cement industrial plant.
Competitive pay: $185K, benefits Bonus.
