H&H is currently seeking an IT Support Consultant to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting out client’s day to day business needs. As an IT Support Consultant, it is crucial that you possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. Your customer-oriented approach will ensure that you understand and address the unique requirements of each client. Effective communication skills, particularly in presentations, will be vital to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and business objectives
Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff
Support new technology implementation
Train users in new and existing IT systems
Aid with technical issues
Produce reports on Helpdesk Tickets
Requirements and skills
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
Experience with various operating systems and databases
Experience in project management
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer service orientation
Interpersonal skills
Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A ) is an asset
