We produce, fabricate, and install the highest quality granite and stone counter tops for a wide variety of high-end commercial and residential applications such as kitchens, bathrooms, man-caves, office lobbies, restaurants, and bars. We are seeking a talented CNC Designer/Engineer with experience in a machining environment to create digital designs and program fabricating machines for custom countertops.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- CNC programing of Park Stone fabricating machines
- Evaluating and determining modifications on machines for increased quality and efficiency
- Provides the necessary technical input for design and fabrication
- Interact with machinists and operators daily for technical support
- Documenting detailed work instructions and creating daily job procedure sheets for machine operators
- Programing jobs to include digital design and interacting with internal and external customers
- Discussion of job layouts and designs with customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Industrial engineering in a machining environment with proven performance
- CNC manufacturing experience
- Familiar with manufacturing processes, tooling, design, CAD principles
- Engineering degree helpful or related field or equivalent experience
- Exhibits analytical skills in defect prevention, root cause analysis, problem solving
- Excellent communication skills
