Job Description
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Project Merchandiser you will be a key player in making this happen in Mexico, Colombia & Ecuador. Together with your function you will work towards maximizing selling potential while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
Your key responsibilities include:
Implement and execute
* Hold kick-off meetings with Area and Store teams for each store project
* Align and execute stock and sales related actions with project phase planning and regional supply & demand strategy. Coordinate timeline with logistic and area
* On site visits to ensure customer experience, follow up implementation and evaluate further actions
* Follow up store performance and share learnings with Regional Store Portfolio Merchandise Manager and SM Commercial Team
Optimize concept mix and size
* Provide commercial input to regional portfolio strategy based on market knowledge and analysis of concept growth potential
* Set the concept mix and size recommendations (CPT) based on regional strategy to Group Store Design and Leasing to set the layout in new stores, rebuilds and portfolio optimizations.
* Ensure accurate information about concept size and mix across all H&M data platforms (LIMA/IPS)

* 2 years of experience in Omni Retail
* Understanding of Supply Chain and garment flow complexity
* Strong analytical skills and ability to set up a business case and calculating ROI, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
* Skilled in linking commercial analysis with store setup and layout
* Strong project management skills - structured and organized and updating timelines, securing that deadline are kept, and deliverables are meeting requirements.
* PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English
