Job Posting for Staff Accountant (Revenue) at H MART - Corp
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Processing and reviewing H Mart new stores payments (i.e. construction or supplies) and budgeting chart from correspondent department (Asset, IT, Marketing, Design, HR, etc.) in accordance with timeline and procedures
Order, maintain, and manage corporate/store gift certificates
Work with team members to facilitate daily work process
Prepare Weekly Gross Profit (GP) reports – including monthly reports for distribution center using SAP software
Manage the monthly financial closing process to ensure all transactions are properly stated based on US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Work with the external auditors to process internal control understanding, quarterly, review and annual audit
Qualifications / Skills:
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or related field
Knowledge in SAP is preferred
Able to travel domestically
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attentive to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
Experience in the related field is preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
