Pay: $80,000-$100,000/year (dependent on relevant experience)

Bonus: 10% bonus potential

Key Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in IS or 2-year degree in IS with equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years programming and systems analysis experience in all phases of solution development
• Experience with: N-Tier development using: CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, C#, SQL, JSON, XML (REST protocol), MS SQL Server, Azure, MS Access, SharePoint, SSIS data integration, MS Visual Studio, SQL Server Mgmt Studio, MS Power platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, Dataverse), Git version control
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. 

Responsibilities

Support of corporate goals and objectives through the development and implementation of leading technology applications 

• Assist other departments to identify and implement effective, innovative solutions to their information needs 
• Design, develop, enhance, test and implement applications, focusing on leading technologies (web, n-tier, advanced reporting, mobile, and collaboration)
• Assess, advise, coordinate, and collaborate with outside vendors and resources for effective implementation and integration of solutions 
• Follow departmental and industry IS standards for quality work and business continuity
• Adhere to project management methodologies when assisting to define and execute solution project plans

Support and satisfaction of our user community in a way that employs principles of continuous improvement and leveraging of relationships 

• Analyze and understand business processes and provide support of systems and applications to meet business needs and objectives
• Analyze applications and data structures to provide useful data and information to support business analytical needs
• Become a valuable resource for the company by continually striving to research emerging technologies to gain knowledge and promote innovative solutions  
• Provide end user training and guidance of new and existing solutions and technologies

Effective collaboration and communication with key stakeholders to identify, develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs 

• Proactively and effectively collaborate with managers/employees to solicit and gather information on requests for assistance with technology solutions 
• Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on status of project throughout the process and at time of completion
• Provide viable multiple options for solutions, from which stakeholders can choose 
• Advise stakeholders on cost and time duration for proposed solution options, to assist in effective decision-making by those stakeholders

Qualifications
