Your Role:
- Craft growth strategies with the District General Manager.
- Recruit and mentor tax office associates.
- Be the go-to for escalated client concerns.
- Lead with excellence, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.

Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
