Product Manager

ZoneBloc Product Manager Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the launch and ongoing development of a new, innovative, and proprietary roadside safety device. This position will report directly to the VP Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for managing a nationwide network of vendor partners, overseeing supply chain and inventory management, collaborating with marketing, business development, and sales to drive product acceptance and growth, and ensuring the overall profitability of the product line. Product Manager Job Duties: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure optimal pricing and quality of goods and services. Oversee supply chain management, including inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment. Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and recommend actions to address any issues or opportunities for improvement. Product Manager Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 5 years of experience in product management or related field Strong understanding of product development, supply chain management, and vendor partnerships Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Represent the organization in a manner consistent with our company culture and core values Moderate nationwide travel required for vendor visits, customer visits, conferences, etc. About Hill & Smith Inc.
