The ideal candidate will make the most impact by utilizing their communication skills to collaborate with the accounting team, while also taking the initiative to meet independent deadlines. We offer comprehensive training as well as career advancement opportunities. Restaurant experience or comparable customer service skills appreciated but not required!
Overview of duties:
QuickBooks data entry
Assist with accounts payable
Participate in regularly scheduled 360 feedback
Payroll administration
Take the lead on implementing best practices for file organization
Provide support to AR and HR departments as needed
Preferred skill set:
Strong interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage simultaneous projects
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000-42,000 per year depending on experience
