**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Conduct data entry
- Assist in coordination and follow-up on action items
- Handle incoming communication and correspondence on behalf of executive
- Perform office management duties such as maintaining supplies and equipment
- Provide administrative support for special projects and other team members as needed
-Be responsible for a wide range of topics to include proposals and pricing, responding to new/exsisting customers, vendor package prep, payroll, hr overview of benefits including onboarding/off-boarding, tracking of company issued equipment, and be willing to put in a good amount of time in assisting with the growth of the company
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Office management software like Teams and QuickBooks
- Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling

Currently employing 30 hard working individuals and looking for someone to join with the growth for the long term. 6 current office employees and the remainder are field employees. This can potentially be a hybrid position at times but you will need to be available at all times throughout the working day.
