Job Description
Title:Senior Lead or React Developer
Contract:W2/1099 (No C2C)
Location: FLorham Park NJ/ New York City NY (SoHo)/ Chantilly VA/ Cumberland RI (hybrid schedule in one of these locations)
Duration:Long term contract
We need senior React UI developer with Google Cloud Platform platform and CI/CD, unit testing, and functional testing experience
Be the 'go-to' for React UI and grow into a lead role (if not a lead)
- Experience with programming languages/frameworks: React UI, Material UI, Typescript, Java SpringBoot,
- Experience with Google Could and CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Harness/Argo CD etc.
- Experience in developing developer portals for API and Platforms is a Plus
- Ability to solve complex problems, and successfully execute across the Cloud, Angular/ React frameworks and the test frameworks like Cypress and Jest
- Act as a lead developer across strategic efforts, leveraging partners, technical leads, and technical expertise to better inform processes and outcomes
- Lead strategic efforts involving the Cloud, front end and backend solution, and platform solutions for different features
- Partner with technical leaders within CVS and the open-source community and contribute to product strategy, frameworks, roadmap definition, and requirements-gathering
- Provide domain knowledge and engineering insight to guide early designs, accelerate project decision-making, and maintain close oversight of technical execution
- Promote reusability of API's across various clients while offering configurations
- Encourage and maintain engineering excellence on the team to build reliable distributed systems that our customers can build their business on
- Develop mindshare by collaborating and discussing ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with multiple priorities
- Bring passion, energy and excitement to the team and organization
Required Qualifications :
7 years' experience in systems analysis and application program development
3 years of experience as a lead developer
3 years' experience in building Enterprise solutions and managing client requirements and technical solutions.
3 years of experience with cloud computing technologies. Possess a track record developing in Google Cloud Platform/Azure or similar public cloud environment
5 years of development experience in one or more of the following languages: React, Material UI, Typescript
5 years of development experience with Java Springboot
5 years of experience with Agile software development
2 years of experience in a DevOps role worked on Kubernetes, Argo, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, Docker, JMeter, Artifactory and also 2 years of experience worked on CICD Pipeline automation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Healthcare/Retail/Platform as a domain
Experience in Google Cloud Platform a strong plus
Hands on experience with cloud technologies/platforms, and/or CRMs
Good understanding and working experience in IT Security best practices and other compliance standards such as ADA, HIPAA, PCI DSS
Experience in SAFe Agile work environments; certification of SAFe for leaders would be a plus
Experience in handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; thrives working in a highly iterative, agile, and open team environment
- A strong business and technical vision and the ability to translate these in business and technical approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
- Knowledge/experience in the Healthcare space, B2C and/or B2B is a plus
