Education and Experience
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Required: 5 years of people management experience.
- Required: 7 years of relevant work experience in Analytical roles or Business Intelligence roles with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Required: Advanced data visualization experience using Tableau or Power BI to build and create dashboards and reports.
- Required: Must have been a part of building business strategies and supporting organizations to make data-driven decisions.
- Preferred: Experience in an enterprise environment.
- Preferred: Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining data portfolios for technology solutions,
- Preferred: Experience designing, modeling, developing, and implementing data stores in both applications and data mart/ data warehouse configurations.
Skills and Ability
- Advanced data analysis skills with expertise in creating / deriving insights from data. Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to devise creative solutions to complex problems and issues.
