Habitat America, a growing property management company, seeks an experienced and professional part time (20 hours per week on average) Activities Coordinator for Victory Haven. Victory Haven is a tax credit senior community, consisting of 72 apartments.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2 years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role desired. Experience in working with seniors is a plus, but not required. This position would be responsible for arranging activities such as game day, seminars, day trips for the residents. Qualified candidates will be required to greet residents, vendors, guest, perform light office duties such as filing, answering phones etc.

Job Requirements
- 2 prior property management Leasing Consultant experience is a plus, but not required
- Yardi software experience is a plus!
- Computer savvy and experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well with seniors
- Be creative, fun and exhibit high energy
- Motivated and sales oriented
- Must have good communication skills and energetic personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tax credit housing experience is a plus but not required.
Salary : $27,800 - $35,200
