Role: Business Director Advanced Analytics
Location: Durham, NC,USA (hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Lead the analyses of business performance using advanced analytic techniques and big data sources to identify opportunities and risks.
- Define and execute the advanced analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Provide thought leadership in framing business issues for analytical plans, including hypothesis, solution frameworks, and analytic models.
- Develop algorithms for various analytics needs, including segmentations, clustering methods, and promotional response modeling.
- Promote advanced analytics-based decision-making within the commercial organization by delivering clear data and analytic stories.
- Collaborate effectively with other leaders to ensure solutions are aligned to findings across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficient in advanced analytics techniques like statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, R, and other analytics tools.
- Experienced in leading teams and mentoring junior members.
- Strong in project management, leadership, and business analysis.
- Excellent communicator able to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
