Responsibilities
- Complete psychosocial assessment
- Implement and facilitate treatment plan
- Conduct therapeutic individual/groups appropriate to patient level of functioning
- Respond to patients and family/significant others in courteous, positive and timely manner
- Partner with the psychiatrists or nurse practitioner to deliver care
- Consistently respect patient rights to confidentiality
- Perform any and all other duties assigned
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work having attained an LCSW
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Three (3) years’ experience in the mental health services field; hospital experience
