Responsibilities: Performs a complete range of administrative assistant duties and maintains the professional and efficient operation for the Principal of Hadley Elementary School. Maintains confidentiality, ethical behavior and a professional demeanor at all times.Exercises diplomacy and confidentiality in answering questionsWorks directly with the principal for the effective operation of the Main Office and its interaction with children, families, and staff. Communicate professionally via, telephone, email and onsite visits.Assists with electronic purchase orders, monitors inventory supply levels and is responsible for Building Use forms and the scheduling of the building for HES.Responsible for student registration and transfers as well as maintaining building level student data and DESE reporting.Supports building administration by knowing and following emergency and safety procedures.
