Position: Quality Assurance Coordinator - Information Technology / Cyber Security
Location: Washington, District of Columbia preferred; (open to remote support within the United States)
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for the company’s Integrated Management System. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the ISO 9001 standard, as well as with the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) construct, and the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) requirements for a value-added reseller (to Government institutions).
Must have an intermediate to advance knowledge of commonly used tools such as: Word/Excel/PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. Be willing to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated. Training will be provided to help facilitate the learning process.
Your responsibilities include:
· Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.
· Manage all controlled documents in our system.
· Schedule and lead quarterly management review meetings.
· Perform integrated management system audits.
· Prepare yearly quality management system audit schedule.
· Schedule yearly ISO 9001; ISO 27001, and ISO 20000 registrar audits.
· Ensure effective and timely closure of audit findings.
· Open/close non-conformance and internal corrective action records.
· Training personnel in the requirements of ISO
What you'll need:
· Organizational skills with attention to detail (audit reports, presentations, data analysis).
· Intermediate to advance computer skills (SharePoint, MS Office, etc.)
· Effective oral and written communication.
· Interpretation ability of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000 standards.
· General knowledge of the CMMI construct.
· Hands-on skills.
· Must be able to interpret and/or create written procedure process flow diagrams.
Education and Experience Needed:
· Must have a minimum of an Associate's degree, although a degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Science is preferred. Exceptions to this requirement can be made based on prior experience in the position.
· 1-3 years auditing experience a plus.
· Must be able to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship.
