Overview
The Marketing Coordinator works directly with firm leadership to manage and support the office's business development efforts including but not limited to the development of dynamic proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for a creative individual who can navigate diverse communication styles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will manage the following responsibilities and others as needed:
- Collaborates with studio leads to plan, coordinate, design, edit and produce RFP and RFQ responses within tight deadlines.
- Coordinates and designs presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.
- Updates and maintains resumes and project information sheets.
- Assists with the development of digital and printed promotional materials: brochures, flyers, digital presentations, reports, award submissions and other marketing materials
- Coordinate website maintenance with contracted Digital Marketing agency, including content creation, graphics and SEO strategy.
- Develop and post content for digital platforms/social media. Research social and digital trends, targeting and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proficient in software applications such as InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding of basic marketing and business development principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Journalism or Communications, along with 2-4 years of marketing or equivalent marketing communications experience. (Experience within the AEC industry preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
