Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check people in and manage the flow of customers
- Onboard new customers
- Educate customers about chiropractic care and our business model (plenty of training provided)
- Sell plans and packages
- Assist chiropractors in keeping tables clean between each patient
- Make customers feel welcome
- Answer questions about the benefits of chiropractic care (training on the benefits of chiropractic care will be provided)
- Answer phone calls
- Make follow-up and billing phone calls to existing and new customers
- Make calls to people interested in our service
- Keeping the office clean (floors, windows, dusting, restroom)
- Manage daily emails and calendar
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
