Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cargo Manager to join our team. As a Cargo Manager, you will be responsible for Cargo Marketing and sales management. You will work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage cargo marketing and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise/guide/support GSA/CSA work and complete various sales targets issued by the company.

2. Fully and continuously communicate with the headquarters about flight cargo revenue, clarify specific improvement plans, monitor and evaluate the implementation effects of the plan; consult with relevant company departments to provide multi-party support for GSA/CSA business development.

3. Carry out market research and business analysis, fully understand the local supply structure and freight rates of competing companies, propose sales policies and freight rate adjustment suggestions based on market characteristics and needs, develop potential sources of goods and propose supporting sales policies and guarantee process suggestions, and complete Market Information Weekly.

4. Collaborate/supervise GSA/CSA to actively visit customers, be responsible for formulating customer visit plans, complete customer visit ledgers, establish customer channel information files, and provide regular feedback to HNA Cargo; Be responsible for recommending local capable and qualified GSA/CSAs to the headquarters, and exploring in-depth market cooperation opportunities

5. Implement product and brand publicity and promote relevant work requirements, actively develop offline markets, and expand business channels.

6. Assist in researching and understanding local truck and air transportation conditions, and recommend suitable intermodal transportation partners to the headquarters.

7.Establish and maintain communication channels with local civil aviation authorities, customs, embassies and other units, and actively obtain market policy information, local aviation regulations and relevant party resources to provide support for the development of international freight business.

8. Participate in necessary industry gatherings, special seminars, annual meetings and other activities on behalf of the company to enhance the company's exposure and popularity.

9. Promote the company's freight information system, conduct demand research based on customer needs, continuously upgrade and improve system functions to meet actual business needs.

10. Be responsible for conducting the quality management of freight services in overseas territories and jurisdictions, supervise the cooperation of GSA/CSA in overseas territories and jurisdictions in implementing the work requirements of HNA Cargo Headquarters, carry out daily hidden danger inspections of freight service contacts in territories and jurisdictions under the guidance of the headquarters, and identify service risks.

11. Be responsible for cooperating with HNA Cargo Headquarters in investigating various abnormal events such as cargo transportation service complaints/claims, analyzing the causes of events, identifying responsible parties, and implementing rectification requirements. If compensation is involved, cooperate with the headquarters to recover compensation from overseas responsible companies.

12. Based on the actual situation, regularly organize business coordination meetings between relevant truck companies and GHA to continuously optimize business processes, improve transshipment quality, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of cargo handover.
