Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership and a background in catering, food service management, or hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Assist in catering events and ensuring high-quality service
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes
- Oversee hotel operations and guest services
- Utilize Aloha POS system for transactions and reporting
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to help guide and motivate team members
- Experience in catering, food service management, or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in cooking and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system for efficient operations
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
