Pay for Digital Operations Specialist is between $65,000 - $80,000 per year at this location.

Job Summary
The Digital Operations Specialist will be a key member of the digital operations team responsible for customer satisfaction of our ecommerce storefronts and other digital tools (aka ServiceTools). This role will function in a support, business analysis, and/or quality assurance capacity across digital initiatives and will take direction from the Digital Operations Lead. This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be in the office three days per week with the ability to work remotely two days per week. Duties include, but are not limited, to:

Job Duties
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and reliability of our ecommerce and associated digital platforms.
- Assist the Digital Operations Lead with updating documentation and training material for digital/delivery platforms and products.
- Assist the Digital Operations Lead with the management of ecommerce and marketing website setup (configuration assistance, legal compliance, domain administration, etc.).
- Execute quality assurance testing of Hajoca’s suite of digital service tools (web and mobile).
- Perform onboarding and quality assurance testing for digital automation tools (example: Conexiom).
- Perform business analysis for new features for digital tools and/or new digital tools requests.
- Understand systems analysis of complex cross functional business processes and assist in the resolution of any issues.
- Establish and develop/grow positive working relationships with both external customers and internal customers (digital functional and development teams, ERP, infrastructure, and other IT organizations).
- Assist the Digital Operations Lead with systems alerts and issues resolution for digital tools.
- Assist the Digital Operations Lead and/or Marketing Department with social media and marketing website requests.
Required
- 2 years in a technical support, business systems analysis, or similar role
- Experience with Jira (Agile experience preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communications are a must
- Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of the wholesale distribution industry is preferable
- eCommerce project experience a plus
- Help desk software knowledge a plus
