Job Description:
Hale Theatre is looking to fill a part time position for a House Manager to help out in both our mainstage theatre and concert hall. House Managers are primarily responsible for handling the management of the Front of House, ushers, and patrons.
Expected duties include:
- Managing patrons and ushers
- Handling angry/upset patrons
- Quick problem solving in high stress situations
- Making sure the house is ready for the show to start on time
- Directing patrons to their seats
- Answering patron questions
- Assisting ushers with their chores
- Cleaning chores
- Seeing patrons out of the theatre after the show

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: Starting from $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Estimated 6-15 hours per week on varying days Monday - Saturday 2pm - 10:30pm (Monday availability is a MUST)

The Hale Centre Theatre - Arizona is a recognizable theater in the Arizona market producing award-winning shows since 2003. Hale Theatre produces eleven mainstage productions each year and up to ten concert productions. Hale Theatre is a family operated non-equity house that produces professional level productions.

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
