What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Half Moon Sports Grill - Biltmore?

The primary responsibility of a bar back/ bus position is to be the grease for the gears of our service oriented machine. The more time servers and bartenders spend with the guests, the better service they can show, increasing their percentage earned which will in turn increase yours. Position duties would include greeting guests, stocking, cleaning, organization and working in a team oriented manner.

Average Pay: $9.80 per hour plus tips
Average Tips: $35-$150 per shift

Ability to work 8 or more hours
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
