CE&I CONTRACT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Contract Support Specialist in Crestview to act as our company representative on construction sites providing assistance to the Project Administrator and staff through performance of project specific clerical duties. The successful candidate will be assigned responsibility on major projects with complex features and will be capable of being assigned to isolated locations, exercising independent initiative to help relieve the supervisor and staff of clerical and procedural duties. This position works under the general supervision of the Project Administrator and Senior Project Engineer.
Assignments may include, but not be limited to the following:
- Construction office management duties on complex projects including, but not limited to, CQR, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing construction contract changes, document scanning etc.
- Administrative duties, filing, incoming and outgoing mail, ordering of office supplies.
- Coordinates with staff regarding preparation and maintenance of records and files.
- Reading, understanding and implementing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures, standards and requirements.
- Abiding by all safety and health standards and requirements.
- Properly using equipment and supplies and maintaining equipment in good and operational condition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in procedures required by clients including specialty programs such as Multi-line and Engineering Menu Programs.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Florida Driver’s license
- Experience in construction office management preferred
