What are the responsibilities and job description for the Market Leader position at Halff?
The Market Leader provides guidance, strategy and direction for one or more service or market areas for the firm, leading client relationships, strategic pursuits and ensuring project performance as well as ensuring coordination and cohesion between practices and offices within the service or market area. This includes identifying key leaders and relationships, industry and client-specific outreach efforts and needs, and business development to ensure sustainable growth. Market Leaders collaborate with Practices and Operations as needed to identify resources, personnel and growth targets, and report directly to a Solutions Leader. It is expected that Market Leaders are externally focused on clients but may act as advisors or P-I-C on specific projects; a Market Leader maintains a degree of utilization as needed for strategic growth, typically ranging between 0% and 10%.
