Halff has a current opening for a Survey Party Chief in our Bentonville, AR location.

This position entails leading a two- or three-person surveyor field crew to perform field surveys accurately and efficiently in support of land development, transportation, utility, energy, and land surveying projects using conventional, GPS, or terrestrial laser scanning methodology.

Halff employees are eligible to reap additional benefits and enter a rewarding ESOP plan after working 1,000 hours in your initial year of service. You will be eligible to enter at the beginning of the quarter following your 1-year anniversary date.

Entering the ESOP means that you would be eligible to receive company stock through the ESOP based on established schedules for stock valuation and ESOP distributions.

Requirements

• 1 plus years of experience as a Party Chief performing topographic surveys, DOT, ALTA and boundary surveys, or construction staking.
• Prefer experience with Trimble GPS and Conventional equipment.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Possesses a meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to ensure accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally.
• Must be dependable and responsible regarding punctuality and attendance.
• Must adhere to a flexible work schedule to start at 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
• Travel generally up to two weeks at a time may be required for position, up to 50%. company vehicle is provided.
• Follow standard GSA rates for per diem.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
