Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties :

  • Under general supervision, works within a specialized function with work verified on an as needed basis.
  • Performs routine administrative functions such as typing, filing, coding, sorting, and / or verification.
  • Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and service orders.
  • Writes routine reports and correspondence.
  • Manages purchasing processes for both the plant and mine operations to include invoice coding, service entry, requisitions, purchase orders, credit card purchasing, and statement reconciliation through SAP Concur.
  • Coordinates with vendors regarding lead times, price fluctuations, and product availability to optimize purchasing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Able to operate multiple phone lines
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and / or financial analysis.
  • Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Requires 4-5 years of experience.
