- Under broad direction, establish, operate, locate, procure, provide, and maintain research/informational sources, tools, systems, and materials in order to provide information, research and knowledge to the staff, management and clients of the company on demand and in a cost effective, timely and efficient manner
- Maintain current awareness of emerging information technologies and coordinate vendor relationships
- Evaluate, compare, test, promote and conduct periodic reviews regarding usage, needs and cost-effectiveness of electronic research tools; identify, and as appropriate, implement improvements
- Orient new staff and provide scheduled and on-demand refresher courses and trainings for existing staff to fully utilize all features and capabilities of products
- Provide proper interface through constant update and maintenance of Library website in SharePoint and Halworld
- Requires 5 years experience (preferably in the Science or Oil & Gas industry) and a Master’s of Library and/or Information Science
