Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of cooking and baking including associated organizational recipes and production processes
• Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can progress in their career
• Manage inventory within our production and planning tool
• Maintains technical skills and industry knowledge
• Participates in the creative process of menu and program development
• Supports and promotes safety of our team
• Works as an effective member of the management team in leading on site growth and development

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 5 years of kitchen management experience
• High school Diploma or GED
• Culinary Program experience is valued
• Servsafe Certificate
