Furniture Delivery & Receiving Associate

Hallmark Receiving is the areas largest furniture and home accessory receiver, exclusively serving the interior design community.

We have an immediate opening for a Delivery & Receiving Associate in our busy Henrico County facility.

Summary/Objective

White Glove Delivery Service:

  • Load trucks with furniture and accessories
  • Deliver items to residential and commercial locations
  • Unbox all items, bring inside and place in final location with in the home or office
  • Contact clients to let them know you are in route

Receiving:

  • Receive inventory via truckloads
  • Inspect, photograph and label items upon arrival
  • Operate forklift & manual pallet jacks
  • Pull & load orders for the delivery team & pick-up by customers
  • Maintain a clean and neat warehouse
  • Provide backup support for the delivery team
  • Other duties as assigned

Location
Richmond, Virginia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Tips

Experience:

  • furniture moving/delivery: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
