The HBE Operator I will work as production team member along side press operators, to set up and operate all printing, inserting and mailing equipment on digital inkjet printing press. This includes filling feeders on the printing press, removing product from the end of the printing press, and conducting quality checks to ensure product meets client specifications.

Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, equivalent or higher
- Must be able to stand for 12 hours per work day
- Must be able to work 7 days per week, based upon business need
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical skills with ability to recognize, diagnose and/or problem solve mechanical issues.
- Experience working with a printing press or an assembly line.
- Must be able to work in a team oriented, fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
- Must display strong communication skills, basic math skills and good reading skills.
- Must have working computer knowledge.
