Hallyu Korean BBQ is hiring Managers! We are looking for a hardworking managers who can help employees and motivate them to bring their best out of them. 1-3 years of management experience preferred
Korean BBQ Restaurant Experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
· Train FOH- servers, hostesses, bussers, and bar tenders.
· Train hostesses to evenly distribute guest seating according to number of servers and capabilities.
· Great communication skills
· Making sure all customers are satisfy with service and we exceed their expectations.
· Decision making and multi-tasking
· When rush or peak service time all managers should perform serving duties.
· Monitor FOH drinks and foods
· Communicate with BOH kitchen managers and shift leaders.
· Maintain clean and organized work place
· Interact with a variety of customers
· Follow all food safety/sanitation rules and regulations at all time.
· Report and discard poor quality food and drinks.
Skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Capable to work 5-6 days shift including weekends.
· Complete Food Handler Certificate.
· Customer service skill is required.
· Ability to perform all FOH duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
