Position Description · This is a full-time, temporary position working as an Auction Bid Assistant for the Federal Communications Commission spectrum auctions (40 hours per week, with no overtime.) The term of the auction can vary and will be determined by the amount of participation by the bidders. This Auction is expected to last one month with training beginning on July 18. · Employee will handle calls from qualified individuals participating in the current auction. Employee will follow a script and will log calls and perform data entry. · TRAINING: there is a 1 ½ -week mandatory training period which will include a mock auction to prepare employee for the live auction.
