Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your customer’s in-store experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Write Repair Orders, estimating the time and cost of every repair
- Provide exceptional support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person, to ensure the customer always leaves happy.
- Prioritize required services, and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers
Automotive Service Manager Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience REQUIRED
- Willingness to learn
- Good Organization and ability to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Submit to and successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous Automotive Dealership experience a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
