What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Maintenance position at Hampton by Hilton?
New Phila Hospitality LLC is currently seeking applicants for our Maintenance position located at the New Philadelphia Hampton Inn.
Duties include:
- Monitoring chemical levels in the pool area (will train if needed).
- Do preventative maintenance to avoid tub/sink drain clogging
- Take care of minor plumbing issues like Toilet Clogging, Other minor fixes etc
- Do caulking around tubs/showers/toilets
- Take care of drywall repairs and paint
- Change drop in ceiling tiles if needed
- Do minor paint jobs
- Maintain monthly logs for emergency light/Carbon Monoxide testing etc
- Clean carpet/tile areas if needed
- Keep PTAC Units in rooms clean and well maintained and replace if needed
- Replace trash bags in public area trash containers and dispose trash in dumpster outside
- Keep Pool, Fitness Room, Mechanical and Elevator area clean and well maintained
- Keep parking lot clean and well maintained
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
