We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of hotel workers
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees 
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • 2-4 years experience in the hotel industry

Assistant General Manager for Hampton Inn, have to know the hotel industry and weekends, nights, holidays as needed. 50 hours a week, salary and training staff, great customer service, ordering, guest complaints. Supervises and coordinates hotel activities under the guidance of the general manager with the aim of obtaining optimum efficiency and economy of operations.
