Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry preferred
- Knowledge of dry cleaning procedures is a plus
- Ability to clean and launder effectively and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
