Hampton Inn and Suites is hiring for FULL TIME EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER.
Applicant must be EXTREMELY reliable, responsible and dependable. In order for us to run a smooth operation it is very important to have our employees show up to work on time and for each scheduled shift.
Applicant must exude customer service and be willing to go above and beyond for each guest.
Applicant must have strong Managerial qualities and characteristics.
Applicant must be able to assist in leading a strong team and build an outstanding Housekeeping Team. Applicant must be able to work well in a Team Environment.
Applicant must have excellent communication skills as the job demands communication in all different departments; ex. Executive Housekeeper, Front Desk, Operations, Laundry, Maintenance, General Manager, etc.
Shifts available include 7 days a week open availablility, Exec would be required to work 5 of the 7, the Assistant would work the other 2 days as Exec. Other 3 shifts a week for the Assistant Exec would include assisting the Exec in daily or monthly tasks as well as cleaning rooms.Shift times: 7am-5pm or whenever the job is done.
Executive responsibilities include but are not limited to cleaning guest rooms, inspecting rooms, leading a housekeeping team, assisting in organizing linen inventory, assisting in ordering housekeeping supplies, assisting in controlling the Lost and Found, creating boards for the housekeepers, etc.
Applicant must be fast and friendly in all guest interactions.
Applicant must be organized and professional.
Starting wage is $13.00/hour. Potential increase after 90 days of employment. Pay increases with experience.
