We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth. This position will also oversee the day to day sales efforts.

```Duties```

- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve company goals

- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow

- Identify opportunities for business development and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

- Oversee budgeting and financial planning, including monitoring profit loss statements

- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
