What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Cutter/Butcher position at Han Korean BBQ House?
Han Korean BBQ is now open and looking for motivated individuals to join our kitchen crew. We are looking for individuals with experience in cutting, trimming, and plating various cuts of beef and pork. An eye for detail is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Cutting and plating select protein cuts
- Prepping limited vegetables and garnishes
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensuring plating consists of the highest quality (visually)
- Maintaining a positive approach with restaurant staff / leads
- Maintaining cleanliness, sharpness, and sterilization of prepping tools
- Other duties as assigned by kitchen leads
Qualifications :
- 1 years in a moderate to high volume setting
- Knowledge of proper equipment usage and sanitation
- Valid food handlers certification
- Strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
