Job Posting for Customer Service Manager at Hana Technologies, Inc.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will: 1) Provide leadership and supervise a team of customer service representatives while managing the daily workflow to support Hana sales and business development operations. 2) Manage and oversee customer queries, complaints, process orders, modifications, and escalate concerns to the appropriate area to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective Hana customers. 3) Implement customer feedback, metrics, and training to improve the quality of service and establish measurable customer satisfaction team goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED
5 years prior customer service experience
Prior supervisory experience
Proficient with MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Prior ERP experience preferred
Acumatica ERP system experience helpful
Experience in a manufacturing environment & preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluent in Mandarin and/or Chinese helpful
Essential Job Functions:
Manage daily workflow within the customer service department
Supervise a team of customer service representatives
Create and track customer service goals
Generate detailed team reports on customer interactions
Serve as liaison between customers & Hana sales/product control team
Provide support to sales & product control area as needed
Understand Hana products with detail to ensure accurate & timely responses to questions
Process customer orders & facilitate customer requests
Maintain & track records of customer interactions, transactions, comments & complaints
Communicate & coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Provide feedback on efficiency of customer service processes
Ensure customer satisfaction & provide exemplary professional customer support
Other duties as assigned
