Hand and Stone Weston seeks dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Managers. This role involves collaborating with Spa Associates at the front desk to deliver exceptional service, handle bookings, greet customers, and promote memberships and spa packages.
Additionally, Customer Service Managers oversee day-to-day spa operations, manage schedules, provide guidance to Sales Associates, enhance the client experience, and address inquiries from customers and therapists.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Passion for sales and customer service
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to coach and take direction effectively
- Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills
- Experience with booking systems preferred
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Proficiency in promoting the benefits of massage therapy and facials
- Capacity to handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with spa services and product lines
- Goal-oriented with keen attention to detail
- Vibrant, caring, and enthusiastic personality
- Prior sales experience is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the reception team
- Meeting membership, service, and product sales targets
- Providing development, training, and accountability for reception staff
- Motivating and training the sales team
- Training and onboarding Sales Associates
- Maintaining and improving the spa's conversion rate
- Assisting in implementing front desk operations
- Auditing front desk operations
- Offering regular feedback and coaching to Sales Associates
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in the spa, hospitality, retail, or fitness industry
- Goal-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and compassionate demeanor
- Previous sales experience is a must
- Proficient in computer skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
