QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS :

Min 1 year Management Experience in the Spa / Hospitality / Retail / Fitness Industry

Goal / Detail Oriented

Energetic, Enthusiastic and Caring Personality

Sales Experience is REQUIRED

Leadership, Training and Motivational Skills

Evening and Weekend Shifts Required

Strong Computer, Written and Verbal Communication Skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Overall Oversight and Management of Reception Team

Achieve Membership, Service, and Product Sales Targets

Development, Training, and Accountability for Reception Staff

Training and Motivating Sales Team

Reception and Orientation of Clients

Client Reservation Management

Overall Responsibility for Clients Experience in the Spa

Collaboration with Lead Massage Therapist and Lead Esthetician to maximize performance

Florida market with new locations coming soon in Broward County. Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa provide professional Massages, Facials, and Hair Removal Services.
